Very professional HVAC installation with follow-up. When I requested troubleshooting, they immediately followed up with no extra charge. Tech at follow-up completely resolved all concerns about heat pump noise. Completely resolved to my satisfaction.
Shout out for Beck Cohen's Steve Damianos, who is a Renaissance man when it comes to all things architectural, electrical, HVAC maintenance, repair, and fabrication. A few weeks ago, I was dismayed to find that an earlier contractor (NOT Beck Cohen) had removed a roof truss to make way for a poorly designed air return. Steve provided a very reasonable and cost-effective proposal to re-design the air return so that the roof truss can be repaired at minimal cost. Beck Cohen, and in particular Steve Damianos, are now my go-to assists for all things HVAC. They are prompt, always professional, and extremely reasonable cost-wise even though they have a 45-minute commute. I can't say enough good things about Beck Cohen and, in particular, the professionalism, ingenuity, and positive attitude of Steve Damianos.

Beck Cohen is a fantastic company to use for any HVAC needs. They exceeded our expectations. The 2-man crew that installed our new system was great, polite, and very respectful of our home. Every time they had to enter our home, they put on their shoe covers and even played with our dog. We did have an issue about 2 months into having our new system. They sent out Mike Evans, he was professional and went over everything that he did to get our AC to kick on. He also had his shoe covers on and was nice to our dog as well. From Layne, to Brian, to Timothy, Audrey, Seth & Gage, Mike Evans, they all kept in contact with us and updated us every step of the way. Telling all my family and friends how great they are. They went over different payment options and made the whole process smooth like butter!

We have been referred to Beck Cohen by Costco and we have no regrets. High quality equipment, timely service, attentive, well-trained technicians. We had several chances to see that, especially when our heat pump stopped working in the dead of winter. Technician performed exhaustive troubleshooting, found faulty part, keeping expenses down, and knew how to get the heating going in temporary mode while we were waiting for the part. Special kudos to Mike, who services our heat pumps and keeps them in great shape. Very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of property when running service!

This has been my first interaction with Beck Cohen, and I was impressed. My only interaction was with David Nyberg, the service rep. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, willing to answer my every question and follow up on any and all issues, even those that went beyond the purpose of the service call.
