We did the initial work to install a whole home generator. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helped us figure out what would work best for our situation. He was very responsive to our questions and to contacting us when we needed. The estimate that we received was a bit confusing, as there is not a line item dollar amount for the whole job, just one total dollar amount at the bottom. They probably need to work on that to help with the customer's understanding and trust. We haven't even started the project, so it's a bit early to leave a comprehensive commentary, but since they have now sent me 3 texts and 2 emails to do so, here it is.

Unfortunately, I need the system replaced, but the amount of effort that went into diagnosing and trying to fix the current system was remarkable, and left me confident that replacing the system was the right thing to do, not just the expedient thing to do. Bobby especially went above and beyond what was necessary to try to diagnose the problem and fix the system. Both were professional in their demeanor, with excellent explanations of what they were doing and why.
