I contacted Beck and Cohen in mid-afternoon with a small emergency related to an outside faucet that began gushing water and could not be turned off. The office staff at Beck and Cohen could not have been more accommodating and ensured that a technician would arrive before after-hours charges would apply. The technician, David Nyberg, was a real craftsman. He replaced the faucet with a minimum of mess to the outside and inner walls and made sure that the new faucet was set properly. Five stars to Beck and Cohen and particularly to David Nyberg. They have gained a new customer.
