Justin could not have tried harder to resolve the A/C problem on my new furnace. He was good enough to show me as his attempts progressed. He gave a quick tutorial on the thermostat, which was appreciated. It is not difficult, but the explanation helped when I had questions. That would be a recommendation for all your staff to do prior to departing. Additionally, I would suggest the tech person putting in the new thermostat check with the homeowner as to the placement of the new one. Mine was installed above eye level. Even using a flashlight, reading it was difficult. Back to Justin, he was an employee you should be very proud of in my opinion.

Our service technician, Hashmatullah, was terrific. He is knowledgeable and explained the syncing problem between controlling circuit boards that were not connecting in our heat pump installation. The modular design of our heat pump control systems is actually more efficient and protective, but mains power failures can result in syncing problems after power is restored.
